In fact, we don't even like the word kennel because it is more like a home away from home for your dog. It's more like an "un-kennel." They play all day and enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep on veterinarian recommended Kuranda™ beds while dozing off to dreamy chill music. We ensure each dog is safe and sound.

We don't put your dog in a run or a cage. Instead they play with us and their new doggie friends all day long. Chasing bubbles. Playing on fun dog friendly play equipment. Playing in our bone shaped pool on hot days. Getting lots of love from people who truly care.  

During the day the younger more active dogs play hard and then take a short nap to rejuvenate. The older more mature dogs pace themselves. often taking naps in the sun.

Flying High Pet Resort proudly supports animal rescue groups, shelters and charities. We have fostered small dogs here until we find them a loving home.

We offer a variety of Boarding options  ---

4 Large  Private First Class suite,  13 individual Business Class suites, and 5 Coach suites. Every dog plays in daycare during the day.

Our "First Class Suite" accommodation consists of The Penthouse Suites complete with Kuranda bed, Cozy Blankets , Our Largest rooms 10' X 10'

 All the luxuries of home.  AC & Heating 

Our "Business Class" destination suites with Kuranda beds, and comfy bedding.

8'X 5' Size for larger dogs or a family of dogs.

Our " Coach" destination suites with raised Kuranda Beds and comfy bedding.

6' x 5' size for small & medium only.

We want your Dog to be the most comfortable and happy it can be!

Your dog's safety is our primary concern. Evaluations are done on all dogs before allowed to join daycare and boarding. All dogs must be social. All dogs and cats must be up to date on vaccinations. All of the adult dogs enjoy a fun, yet structured, day under the constant supervision of our trained staff. Our play area is securely contained on all sides and staff enter and exit with dogs through a double set of doors, The general public has no access to the dogs at any time.

Flying High Pet Resort - We are a family Owned and Operated Pet Business. We have 1 large facility to care for Our Camarillo California Community.

I'm proud my family can devote ourselves to you and your beloved family member. We all have a true passion for animals. At the moment I have 2 Rescues Dogs.  A Westie Terrier Mix named Bean and A Rescue Chihuahua Terrier named Ginger. I also have A Gecko  named Baby and 3 small dwarf hamsters. 

My family has cared for animals all our lives. As a child I grew up with Dobermans, Rag Doll Cats and many farm animals. I have been in the Pet care field since 2004. I love that we have a family owned business to care for Our Communities furry babies. I feel blessed that Camarillo is my families home and that each and every furry baby we care for feels special and loved by us.

My Daughter/ Manager Natasha loves her Maltese  Emma. Emma is in a wheelchair, but it doesn't seem to slow her down. You can find Emma running with the pack daily. Natasha also has 2 kitty Cat's named  Andy and June bug.

My Son Martin helps care for and love the dogs that come to us each and everyday. My wonderful husband Rick helps keep Our place in running order. We also have some wonderful Team members that I consider to be part of my family. I know they also love the dogs just as much as we do. We believe care and comfort matter to us as much as it matters to you and your pets.

When you’re away, we don’t want you to have the slightest worry – though we’re sure your treasured companions will  stay in  your thoughts. We don't mind if you give us a call. We would be happy to give you an update on your beloved  family member. We also post picture's of Our dogs  having fun on Facebook and Instagram. 

Flying High Pet Resort is located in Camarillo, off the 101 freeway between Thousand Oaks and Santa Barbara. Our 8,000 square foot spacious facility is an indoor, temperature-controlled environment. When weather permits, numerous windows and roll-up doors throughout the facility provide fresh air and an outdoor feeling.  A.C and Heating are available. We are extra excited about Our New Outdoor areas for nice days to play in Our bone shaped pool!

We have a large Doggie Daycare area that allows all dogs to play together. We also offer a small dog play area for the more mellow and calm breeds. Each dog enjoys playtime in a supervised, stimulating, and safe environment.

Our professional staff is present to ensure that your dog receives the first class attention he or she deserves.
