FLYING HIGH PET RESORT OWNER'S AGREEMENT

I, ________________________________, hereby certify that my dog(s) is (are) in good health and has (have) not been ill with any communicable condition in the last 30 days.

I hereby certify that my dog(s) has (have) not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dog.

I understand and agree that in admitting my dog(s) to Flying High Pet Resort all staff has relied on the above representation regarding the health and behavior of my dog(s).  I further understand and agree that I am solely responsible for any harm caused by my dog(s) to another dog or staff member while my dog(s) is/are attending Flying High Pet Resort.  I agree to release Flying High Pet Resort staff of any liability for any problems which may develop, provided reasonable care and precautions are followed, and I hereby release them of any liability of any kind whatsoever arising from my dog(s) attendance and participation at the resort.

I understand and agree that any problems which develop with my dog(s) will be treated as deemed best by Staff/Owner of Flying High Pet Resort at their sole discretion, and that I assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses involved.

I further understand that Flying High Pet Resort reserves the right to refuse admittance to any dog for any reason, and that no aggressive dogs will be allowed to attend the resort. Safety and the well being of every animal is our top priority. 

*We regret that for insurance/safety precautions, we cannot admit the following breeds into Doggy Daycare or Boarding: Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Presa Canerios, American Staffordshire Terriers. In addition, while not restricted, certain breeds (prey drive, herding, etc.) typically do not do well in the Doggy Daycare setting such as: English Mastiffs, Akitas, Chow Chows, Bull Terriers, Boerboel, Shar-Peis and German Shepherds. Flying High Pet Resort reserves the right to evaluate mix breeds of any of the fore mentioned breeds on a case-by-case basis. Every dog admitted into our Resort requires a behavior and temperament evaluation on his/her first day. The safety and comfort of every dog entering our Resort is our top priority and we reserve the right to restrict admittance into daycare and boarding at any time. We love all breeds and are deeply sorry we are restricted from certain breeds due to our insurance policy and safety precautions.  We donate to many rescue groups like All For Love Animal Rescue and Buddy Nation Homeless Pit bulls of Ventura County. Its our way of trying to give back and help our community. Thank you for your understanding. We are happy to recommend other accommodations to you. Please ask for our referrals.

I certify that I have read, understand, and agree to the policies, conditions, and statements of Flying High Pet Resort as set forth in this Owner Agreement, including the following:

*DAYS AND HOURS:  Daycare and Boarding are available year round.  Reservations for doggy daycare are recommended and reservations for boarding are required.  Daycare hours are 7:00 am to 6:30 pm Monday - Friday and 7 am to 4 pm Saturday & Sunday & Holidays. Any dog that has not been picked up from daycare or boarding by the end of daycare hours will be charged a $10 late fee.  Any dog not picked up from daycare or boarding 15 minutes after daycare hours will be considered to be a boarding dog and will be charged accordingly per our Boarding costs. All Dogs Must go through an 1 hour Evaluation before attending Daycare & Boarding. All Dogs must be up to date on all Vaccinations Required. Please fill out an online application for Dog Boarding and Doggy Daycare. Grooming for Daycare or Boarding Dogs Only. Grooming Available by appointment only. * For overnight Boarding Departure Daycare Cost - All Dogs must be picked up by 9 am. This Fee will be added to boarding total if not picked up. This extra charge is to stay and play longer in doggie daycare on the departure day. $20.00

RESERVATIONS:  Boarding Reservations are required.  

PAYMENT:  Cash, Checks, Visa and Mastercards are accepted.   All payments are due at time of service.  A $1.00 late fee will be added to any unpaid balance up to the day of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  We require 48 hour cancellation notice for boarding dogs.  If 48 hour notice is not given, an overnight fee will be applied to the owner's credit card on file.
